Fractal Chart provides charting, indicators, backtesting, watchlists, authoring tools, and AI-assisted analysis features. The service does not provide brokerage, custody, exchange execution, personalized investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or financial planning.

You are responsible for your own trading, investment, and risk decisions.

Accounts, keys, and integrations

Some features may require third-party services, provider accounts, or API keys. You are responsible for:

• Keeping API keys and credentials secure.
• Using third-party services according to their terms.
• Ensuring your provider plan supports the data or usage you request.
• Revoking keys if you believe they were exposed or misused.

Fractal Chart is not responsible for outages, data limits, billing, permissions, or policy decisions made by third-party providers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.
• Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, access controls, or provider restrictions.
• Upload or enter content that infringes another party's rights.
• Reverse engineer hosted service components except where applicable law permits it.

Market data and outputs

Charts, indicators, backtests, AI responses, and computed outputs may contain delays, gaps, errors, approximations, or assumptions. You should verify important information independently before relying on it.

Backtests and AI-generated analysis are not guarantees of future performance.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also change these terms when the product, legal requirements, or operating model changes. Updated terms apply when posted unless a later effective date is stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fractal Chart Labs is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, provider outages, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
