This Privacy Policy explains how Fractal Chart Labs ("Fractal Chart", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Fractal Chart website, documentation, and market analysis workspace.

Fractal Chart is an analysis and research product. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or financial adviser.

Information you provide

You may provide information when you contact us, configure the app, or use product features. This can include:

• Contact information, such as your email address when you send a support request.
• Workspace preferences, watchlists, saved layouts, strategy drafts, AI provider settings, and similar product configuration.
• Messages, prompts, code, or other content you enter into the AI assistant or authoring tools.
• API keys you choose to store in your browser for third-party providers.

Many product preferences are stored locally in your browser. Clearing site data may remove locally stored settings, drafts, keys, and watchlists.

Information collected automatically

When telemetry is enabled for a deployment and you allow it, we may collect limited technical information to understand reliability and product usage. This can include route views, client-side errors, environment metadata, app version, device/browser information, and event timing.

Telemetry is intended for operating and improving the product. It is not intended to collect trading strategies, API keys, private notes, or sensitive financial information.

Third-party services

Fractal Chart can connect to third-party services selected or configured by you, including market data providers and AI providers. When you use those integrations, your browser or our backend may send requests to those providers so the feature can work.

Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. You should review the policies for any provider you connect to Fractal Chart.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve Fractal Chart.
• Respond to support, feedback, and operational requests.
• Diagnose bugs, outages, and product reliability issues.
• Protect the service from abuse, security problems, and misuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Data retention

Browser-local data remains in your browser until you remove it, clear site data, or the app replaces it as part of normal use. Operational records and support messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your choices

You can:

• Clear browser storage to remove local Fractal Chart data from that browser.
• Remove saved API keys or provider settings from the app.
• Turn off optional telemetry where the telemetry control is available.
• Contact us to request help with privacy questions.
